Rodcraft launches a new powerful 1” impact wrench – the RC24X1 – which delivers the highest power and durability in its class but at an attractive price, and presents the best value for money on the market. The robust wrench, which provides 20% more power than the competition but at a fraction of the cost, is suitable for working on heavy duty vehicles, enabling mechanics and vehicle service professionals to operate more efficiently and improve productivity.
The new RC24X1 wrench is an upgrade to our previous model, and is designed with increased robustness and durability, but with better price positioning. The design of the internal impact mechanism coupled with a powerful motor means it is an all-round better investment for our customers.

The wrench is powerful, reaching a torque of 2600 Nm in just 10 seconds, and it features a heavy impact system for fast torque increase. The tool provides high durability thanks to the pinless closed reinforced rocking dog impact mechanism. Durability and robustness are further improved by the metal housing which protects the internal workings from knocks and bumps. Shock and vibration from the impact mechanism are also minimized by a rubber bumper which protects the application, the tool and user.
RC247X1 is ergonomic and convenient to use. The handle incorporates a large trigger which the operator can easily tease for good control. It also includes a second handle that can be positioned on the right or left of the tool, making it easy for operators to grip and maneuver. There are three speeds for forward and reverse, and the tool features a ½ inch inlet BSP thread for easy attachment to the air supply.

The new impact wrench is designed for tire changing and general mechanics applications on heavy vehicles such as trucks, buses and coaches, agricultural, mining and construction vehicles. With a recommended end user retail price of €550, the 12 kg impact wrench is an affordable addition to a mechanic’s tool box, either for use in the garage or at roadside assistance. There are two models available: with a long anvil, and with a short anvil.
The tool is available with a range of accessories including pneumatic oils and socket sets, plus airline components such as hoses and hose couplings for an efficient pneumatic system.
